How engagements are arranged
Defined before work begins
Scope, responsibilities and fee are agreed in writing.
The initial enquiry establishes context and fit. If it makes sense to proceed, I will suggest a short introductory call. It is not a free technical review.
Decision sessions
Offered for a fixed fee.
Reviews and sprints
Fixed scope and fee, agreed once the inputs and boundaries are clear.
Ongoing advisory
A monthly retainer for reserved capacity and agreed responsibilities.
Delivery
Based in Luxembourg and working internationally, primarily remotely. In-person work can be arranged separately.
Relevant technical background
AI and software systems
Architecture, specialised-domain AI, computer vision, multimodal perception, foundation models and technical roadmaps.
Research and innovation
Agile and Lean development, continuous experimentation, programme design, evidence and research-to-product transitions.
Advanced intelligent systems
Uncertainty quantification, conformal prediction, autonomous systems, forecasting and neuro-symbolic approaches.
Boundaries with founder work
Work that belongs directly to an EyeTrustAI or Burrito’s Labs product is handled through the relevant company. Independent advisory covers non-competing architecture, software, R&D leadership and specialist research questions. The boundary is clarified before work begins.
